Scattered

Producer, multi-instrumentalist and composer, Xavier Dunn recently unveiled his debut single ‘Scattered’. After first hearing the studio version (on repeat), we booked in a shoot with Xavier when he was recently in Melbourne.

With just an acoustic guitar, Xavier allows his delicate vocals and heartfelt lyrics to lead this stripped back version, bouncing off the space and creating a haunting ambience.

“I don’t want to lose you, just because you’re in my past,

And even if we’re broken, we can bring the whole thing back…”

This live performance evokes a sense of honesty and depth, leaving the listener captivated.  As the song builds, Xavier demonstrates a powerful side to his vocals and his songwriting, eventually delicately ending the performance right where we began.

Since the studio release, Australian producer Feki unleashed a ‘Scattered’ remix which has already had a taste of international success and is still making it’s way around the online world.

Xavier Dunn may be the next biggest thing in music to come out of Australia.

Xavier’s humble nature and positivity alone will lead him to success, his musical talents and songwriting will back it up.

And Xavier’s team, made up of Mark Richardson (Kimbra), Matt Emsell (Matt Corby) and Jaddan Comerford (Vance Joy), will have no trouble facilitating his success.

Thanks to Meaghan Meredith (1825 Records) for introducing Large Noises to Xavier Dunn.
